Who We Are.
Bonnie and Philippe are seasoned meditation practitioners integrating mindfulness, nonviolent communication, reparenting, and trauma-sensitive practices to guide inner exploration and healing. They’ve been in a committed relationship for over 30 years.
Bonnie Mioduchoski
Mindfulness, Communication, and Reparenting Guide
Bonnie brings 18 years of experience in Mindfulness Meditation. She graduated from Spirit Rock’s Dedicated Practitioner Program (DPP) and has completed over a year of silent retreats ranging from 8 days to 3 months, guided by esteemed insight meditation teachers. Bonnie was the first to introduce the Mindful Schools curriculum in Boston, teaching mindfulness to 20 K-5 classrooms. Later, Mindful Schools invited her to serve as a Guiding Teacher for adult courses, a role she held from 2011 to 2016.
Bonnie’s training includes nonviolent communication, inquiry-based stress reduction, and reparenting. It’s her passion to support anyone who wants more freedom in relating to themselves, others, and life.
Philippe Daniel
Mindfulness, Meditation & Communication Trainer
Philippe has 20 years of experience in Insight meditation (Vipassana) and mindfulness. A graduate of the Dedicated Practitioner Program (DPP) and the Community Dharma Leader (CDL) program at Spirit Rock, California, he has intensively practiced for many years at retreat centers with renowned teachers.
A Level 1 trained Internal Family System (IFS) practitioner and trauma-sensitive mindfulness provider, Philippe enjoys integrating non-dual practices learned from Adyashanti and Loch Kelly to address and heal wounded aspects of ourselves while recognizing our true nature.
