My approach to working with clients is centered around fostering Self-awareness, Self-compassion and Self-leadership.
Using mindfulness and reparenting, I assist clients in understanding and fostering harmony within their internal landscape. By recognizing and befriending the different parts of themselves, clients can work towards healing past wounds, resolving inner and outer conflicts, and cultivating a compassionate and integrated sense of self. This process enables clients to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and ease.
