I was in a 2-year program with Bonnie. During that program, she taught us NVC (nonviolent communication) and modeled it over the 2 years. It has been an amazing tool for me; I had heard about it years earlier, but Bonnie explained it — and showed it to us again and again — in a way that made it stick. Because of her, I have used NVC as often as possible.

I also learned about the Enneagram from Bonnie (it’s similar to Meyers/Briggs but has more depth to it). This also has been a fantastic tool to use.

I see Bonnie as a gifted communicator, able to work with anybody, starting wherever they are.
