I’m passionate about supporting others to live more awake, emotionally healthy, and satisfying lives. In my work, I combine awakening practices like meditation and mindfulness with developmental techniques such as reparenting and collaborative communication (also known as nonviolent communication). Combining these approaches leverages their strengths and addresses their limitations. My coaching complements various activities, including recovery and other forms of healing.
Coaching sessions are tailored to clients’ needs, supporting them in addressing long-held beliefs and patterns while deepening their mindfulness or meditation practices to experience the inherent freedom available in any moment. Witnessing clients navigate life’s complexities with increased wisdom, kindness, and appreciation for who they are brings me great joy.
