I’m passionate about supporting others to live more awake, emotionally healthy, and satisfying lives. In my work, I combine awakening practices such as meditation and mindfulness with developmental approaches like reparenting and collaborative communication (also known as Nonviolent Communication). Integrating these methods leverages their strengths and addresses their limitations, helping people apply insights in daily life and relationships.
My work supports individuals in examining long-held beliefs and patterns while deepening their mindfulness or meditation practice to experience the inherent freedom available in any moment. Witnessing people navigate life’s complexities with increased wisdom, kindness, and appreciation for who they are continues to bring me great joy.
